i really need the ideas to make some clothes designs for my clothing line someday after attending a college, but the requirements are:

the designs are just simple but fabulous .
my clothing line represents any style that teenage wants until they're in their 20s, and the inspirations for my designs are from Zara, Topshop, Forever 21, etc which are teenage lines .
i am wearing hijab but I want an "unlimited" fashion, so i'm still trying to make something which really worth at any age, but not something hideous . i design fabulous and wild things (just like the designer of I.K.Y.K, she wears hijab but she designs a non-hijab clothings) .
i want to try to handle 2 lines and one of them is for a teenagers and the other one is for late 20s to old but i just dunno a name for my brands .
as a businesswoman-wannabe, i also learn how to design the interiors of my boutiques-to-be which really attracts people (not really attractive, just simple but likeable)

i hope i become more successful than my parents (because they want us - the children - to be more successful) . amin ... :)

i'm a bit shy to upload my own video and i haven't even create any of mine . i only create once when me and my friend performed a lip-sync "wannabe" by spice girls, but she doesn't wanna see it on the internet ... i'm afraid we're having debut just like Briptu Norman's Chaiya Chaiya (originally by Shahrukh Khan) or Keong Racun by Sinta & Jojo . well, i'm gonna put my favorite video from America's Next Top Model 15 called "Modelli Folli" a.k.a Model Madness . Directed by Tyra Banks .

of all the season i've watched (from 1-17), my favorite season is season 15, because the season is about high fashion and Roberto Cavalli thought that Ann Ward is perfect for Italian fashion . and i also really want to see Miss J as judge in previous seasons because i miss the way he talked when judging ... and me & my cousin really love his afro hair ... now, he's a runway trainer in there .

Yesterday, I went to a mall in Bandung and I only went to a bookstore and I got a book about inspirations for designing clothes ... I was going to buy Marie Claire this month's edition because there's an agenda for 2012 but the price is not realistic for me, in Indonesia's Rupiah: about 46,000 . Then I had a coffee break in Excelso cafe and then I went to J.Co to buy some donuts . Then I went to my aunt's house to see the fireworks near her house . That reminds me of the last day in 2008, and I miss that year so bad ...

I meet some of my relatives but some of them are not going to Bandung ... too bad ... :( but I really really enjoyed yesterday :) . I had a really great time with my uncles and aunts, also my cousins . And when it was 12 a.m, the firework had started and it reminds me back to January 1st, 2009 ... I was still 13 at that time and now I'm already 16 ... I have to be even more mature ... I look like one of my friend because her little sister is more mature than her ... Being a teenager to me is that I would love to enjoy my teenage life such as hanging out with friends but I only have time with them on OSIS camping, which is usually being held on Ramadhan, on December, and in the late of May . I may be still not connected to the topic ... but while I'm still a teenager, I have to enjoy it no matter what ... as I read on twitter: "Enjoy the little things in life because someday later, it becomes a big thing ..."

Well, this is all from me . Tomorrow, I'm going back to school and I hope I have the assignments to fix my Physics and (Indonesia's) History score ... and I have to submit it before January 7th, because that day is the OFFICIAL 1st term's report card are being given ... Wish me luck, and I hope it's getting better and better ... Ameen ... :)

Happy New Year everyone !!! :) Can't believe time goes by really really fast ! I hope I don't waste my time for nothing ... :))

On 2012, I may be so busy and busy because I'm gonna focus on my studies and also busy to do laundry, dishes, etc ... Can't believe it ! I wanna be kid again ... hehehe :)) Everyone wants it too but time cannot goes back ...

I'm gonna online through my twitter and I'll post here whenever I'm being allowed to ... because I have to help everything in my house, especially at school ... If there's science fair, Insya Allah, I'll post the pictures right here ... :)

Well, I hope you all are enjoying the New Year, if (maybe) some of them had a bad year last year ... Hope you enjoy life more ... So does mine ... But after summer 2012, I'll be on 12th grade on High School, which is the last year of mine in education . I could've been really busy after summer holidays because I need to pick which college do I have to be in ... and also a choice to join SAT or just UN because as you know in my last post, I want to get through PMDK ... without getting any tests from the government ...

Hello bloggers out there who’s waiting for my next post …(read: actually, they’re not waiting for me …) It’s been a while since I don’tblog earlier … There are some reasons:

I had a final exam which is some of them is notfrom Jakarta (as in: the questions for Math and Science), and I really have toadmit, in one day, I had 2 subjects for the exam (-_-)
I’m really scared that I’ve flunked Physicsbecause (“I’m sorry”), my Physics’ teacher’s personality is hideous … He’sexpecting too much for me and my fellas to understand what he said.
I haven’t been shopping because of saving somemoney for the gadget I’ve always wanted, but I’ll do some mix n’ match for someof my old clothes …
I’ve been busy for studying at school and hadtoo many assignments which is kinda tiring to me (especially to my fellas)
I had a family gathering to celebrate mygrandparents’ Golden Wedding Anniversary, and before that, I was also thinkingabout what to perform on that gathering.

Every one day, I really have to make at least 5 posts inthis blog and there are some Fashion things that I haven’t share to those wholove fashion. I’m also gonna share my other Toycamera Analogcolor’smodification (as in: we can change some color scales in the right of the samplephoto that we want to modify).

I used to have 4 Barbie dolls and the remaining is just 1, which is a gift from my mom when I was 11. And today, I wanna talk about Barbie, from the history, controversies and my thoughts ...

It's a fashion doll launched in March 9, 1959 by Ruth & Elliot Handler working with Harold Mattel. The Barbie company name is Mattel (taken from Harold Mattel). It was started when Ruth Handler watched her daughter, Barbara playing with paper dolls until she created the zero-size look fashion-model-figure called Barbie (name taken from her daughter). Beside Barbie, Mattel also created My Scene (same height like Barbie) and Bratz (shorter than both Barbie & My Scene).

One of the most common criticisms of Barbie is that she promotes an unrealistic idea of body image for a young woman, leading to a risk that girls who attempt to emulate her will become anorexic. A standard Barbie doll is 11.5 inches tall, giving a height of 5 feet 9 inches at 1/6 scale. Barbie's vital statistics have been estimated at 36 inches (chest), 18 inches (waist) and 33 inches (hips). At 5'9" tall and weighing 110 lbs, Barbie would have a BMI of 16.24 and fit the weight criteria for anorexia. According to research by the University Central Hospital in Helsinki, Finland, she would lack the 17 to 22 percent body fat required for a woman to menstruate. In 1963, the outfit "Barbie Baby-Sits" came with a book entitled How to Lose Weight which advised: "Don't eat!." The same book was included in another ensemble called "Slumber Party" in 1965 along with a pink bathroom scale permanently set at 110 lbs., which would be around 35 lbs. underweight for a woman 5 feet 9 inches tall.
In 1997, Barbie's body mold was redesigned and given a wider waist, with Mattel saying that this would make the doll better suited to contemporary fashion designs. However, the Silkstone Barbie line introduced in 2000 as well as the Model Muse Barbie body mold introduced in 2004 feature Barbie dolls with dimensions similar to those Barbies manufactured prior to 1997. The Model Muse Barbie has a very small waist, defined abs, a collarbone, defined ankles and even cleavage. The fashion of Barbies created before 1997 will fit both Silkstone dolls and the Model Muse body sculpt, but fashions created after 1997 do not fit either of these Barbie types.
"Colored Francie" made her debut in 1967, and she is sometimes described as the first African American Barbie doll. However, she was produced using the existing head molds for the white Francie doll and lacked African characteristics other than a dark skin. The first African American doll in the Barbie range is usually regarded as Christie, who made her debut in 1968. Black Barbie was launched in 1980 but still had white features. In September 2009, Mattel introduced the So In Style range, which was intended to create a more realistic depiction of black people than previous dolls.
In July 1992, Mattel released Teen Talk Barbie, which spoke a number of phrases including "Will we ever have enough clothes?", "I love shopping!", and "Wanna have a pizza party?" Each doll was programmed to say four out of 270 possible phrases, so that no two dolls were likely to be the same. One of these 270 phrases was "Math class is tough!" (often misquoted as "Math is hard"). Although only about 1.5% of all the dolls sold said the phrase, it led to criticism from the American Association of University Women. In October 1992 Mattel announced that Teen Talk Barbie would no longer say the phrase, and offered a swap to anyone who owned a doll that did.
In 1997, Mattel joined forces with Nabisco to launch a cross-promotion of Barbie with Oreo cookies. Oreo Fun Barbie was marketed as someone with whom little girls could play after class and share "America's favorite cookie." As had become the custom, Mattel manufactured both a white and a black version. Critics argued that in the African American community, Oreo is a derogatory term meaning that the person is "black on the outside and white on the inside," like the chocolate sandwich cookie itself. The doll was unsuccessful and Mattel recalled the unsold stock, making it sought after by collectors.
In May 1997, Mattel introduced Share a Smile Becky, a doll in a pink wheelchair. Kjersti Johnson, a 17-year-old high school student in Tacoma, Washington with cerebral palsy, pointed out that the doll would not fit into the elevator of Barbie's $100 Dream House. Mattel announced that it would redesign the house in the future to accommodate the doll.
In March 2000 stories appeared in the media claiming that the hard vinyl used in vintage Barbie dolls could leak toxic chemicals, causing danger to children playing with them. The claim was rejected as false by technical experts. A modern Barbie doll has a body made from ABS plastic, while the head is made from soft PVC.
In September 2003, the Middle Eastern country of Saudi Arabia outlawed the sale of Barbie dolls, saying that she did not conform to the ideals of Islam. The Committee for the Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice stated "Jewish Barbie dolls, with their revealing clothes and shameful postures, accessories and tools are a symbol of decadence to the perverted West. Let us beware of her dangers and be careful." In Middle Eastern countries there is an alternative doll called Fulla which is similar to Barbie but is designed to be more acceptable to an Islamic market. Fulla is not made by the Mattel Corporation, and Barbie is still available in other Middle Eastern countries including Egypt. In Iran, Sara and Dara dolls are available as an alternative to Barbie.
In December 2005, Dr. Agnes Nairn at the University of Bath in England published research suggesting that girls often go through a stage where they hate their Barbie dolls and subject them to a range of punishments, including decapitation and placing the doll in a microwave oven. Dr. Nairn said: "It's as though disavowing Barbie is a rite of passage and a rejection of their past."
In April 2009, the launch of a Totally Tattoos Barbie with a range of tattoos that could be applied to the doll, including a lower back tattoo, led to controversy. Mattel's promotional material read "Customize the fashions and apply the fun temporary tattoos on you too", but Ed Mayo, chief executive of Consumer Focus, argued that children might want to get tattooed themselves.
In July 2010, Mattel released "Barbie Video Girl", a Barbie doll with a pinhole video camera in its chest, enabling clips of up to 30 minutes to be recorded, viewed and uploaded to a computer via a USB cable. On November 30, 2010, The FBI issued a warning in a private memo that the doll could be used to produce child pornography, although it stated publicly that there was "no reported evidence that the doll had been used in any way other than intended."

Today, I'm still playing games in Barbie's official website for some fashion inspirations which influences me to be a fashion designer. I can also know which outfit suits them best (for me to be a freelance stylist too) if I play some kind of dress up games .

handkerchief cardigan . my little sister has the grey one from Justine boutique but when i saw another one there, there's only a black color and i'm quite bored with black because when i wear that, it's like i'll go to the cemetery ... so i want this but the color is pink .

and i really really like this golden metallic blazer . it's so eye-catching and if i had this, i'd make this as my outer wear .

i went to Zara on PVJ (Paris van Java) in Bandung last Sunday and i saw many leopard items including this cardigan . i remember my mom's trick to know what's the shape or model of the item i want, so i tried this on Zara's fitting room and VOILA ! oh man, i love this cardigan and i wish my budget was enough for this ... so that day, was just a WINDOW SHOPPING day !

the skinnier i am, the more fabulous oversized on me ... hehehe ...

i'm a shop-sale-holic ...

today, i'm kinda tired to take some photos of what i bought yesterday . yesterday, i went shopping with my family in Matahari Department Store (this store could be everywhere ...) and some of the items here are Indonesian re-make but it's still fashionable for me no matter what . so, yesterday i got:

1. "My Blog is more Fashionable than yours!" tee by NEVADA . actually, it's originally made in Pimkie fashion line from France, but when i was in France last year, i didn't found the store ... :( everything was planned by my father, who had been in France for 5 years . so i just followed his plans ... hehe ^_^V

2. Noir et Blanc stripes T-shirt by CONNEXION (Matahari dept. store's genuine brand) . this photo is from an online shop on facebook and i forgot the online store's name . i'll just do this photo courtesy by an online shop from facebook . and this item is a must for everyone !

3. Hot-Pink plain flats by JUSTINE . Justine is a fashion line and the owner is a muslim, and some of the apparels are muslimah and some of the famous handbags such as, Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, Longchamp "IT" bag and Tory Burch are re-make by Justine . this photo is from Google because as you know, i'm kinda tired to take some photos of them ... but the flats looks exactly like this . i bought this and then i get ...

4. the basic black flats by JUSTINE, too ... FOR FREE ! :)) but, this photo is from the fabulous fashion blogger, Michelle . she has the most fabulous shoes ever ! :)) and the black flats i have looks exactly like this . both flats i got is because there's also "buy 1 get 1 free" in Matahari Department Store ...

i'm now saving some of my money to afford somethings i really need because my parents are saving some for mudik (we do this every lebaran day and my mom's hometown is in the Central Java's capital, Semarang . i dunno the "mudik" term in English, it's like a number of people are going back to their hometown to see their family, saying sorry whether they have so many mistakes, and doing the family gathering .) . me & my family will be away from Bandung on (maybe) August 25th, and i may have a very long hiatus here ...

i shop yesterday for the new clothes for lebaran day . Indonesian people usually do that before lebaran, they shop for a new clothes and usually the shop is having a sale .

well this is all from me ... i hope i save more money a month in time ... see you on my next post, then ...
